What we collect
Your first name, last name, phone number, and email address — nothing else.

Solely to send you practice attendance polls, reminders, and final headcount texts for the practice group(s) you sign up for, and to display your response on the team's results page.

 

Who sees it
Your name and phone number are visible to the team admin/coach managing attendance. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any other personal information with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. Your number is used exclusively for this team's own attendance texts.

 

Text message frequency
Message frequency varies with the practice schedule. You can expect approximately 1 to 3 text messages per scheduled practice day during the season (an attendance poll, an optional reminder, and a final headcount). Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

 

Your control over your data
You can log in at any time with your email and phone number to update your details or permanently delete your account, which removes your info and your poll responses from the system.
